Adult Summer Reading - Summer Reading Scramble

Adults who would like to enjoy some summer reading fun are invited to play Summer Reading Scramble, a reading game inspired by the word game Boggle! Each day on our website and in the library, we’ll present you with a 5x5 grid of letters. It’ll be up to you to make a word out of adjacent letters and then find a book to read that has a title containing that word or words. You’ll also have the option of finding author names or book genres in the scramble and selecting your books based on those. For each book you read, you’ll earn an entry into a drawing for a big prize of your choice. You can earn bonus drawing entries by finding longer words and through other special gameplay elements. As you play, you’ll have the opportunity to earn coupons to local businesses. Play as much or as little as you like over the course of the summer and enjoy adding some gaming fun to your reading!
