Please join the Benbrook library on Friday, May 31st for a story time with an author and to Dance With Joy! 

Joy McKay recently moved to Fort Worth after living in New York City for 14 years. She has worked professionally in TV, film, and theater and was invited to join the SAG-Aftra and AEA unions. For the last several years she has had her own dance program for younger children called DanceWithJoy. When Covid hit New York, she was inspired to write a book, Joy Outside the Box, which was published in December 2021 and can be bought at Barnes & Noble and Amazon.

She is currently a dance instructor at the Texas Ballet Theater Company, Trinity Valley School, Junior Players, and the Viridian in Arlington along with her pop up classes throughout the metroplex.
