Kathy Ledford Meeting Room

The Benbrook Public Library welcomes public use of its facility in keeping with the Library’s mission to “provide informational resources that strive to satisfy the educational, informational, cultural, and recreational needs of the community." The Kathy Ledford Meeting Room is a 1,300 square foot meeting space available to reserve for non-profit, non-commercial functions when it is not being used for library purposes. There are specific rules regarding the use of the room, including any event has to be free and open to the public, and must provide at least a week's advance notice. The library reserves the right to cancel any program at any time.

- Table and chairs
- Acoustic divider to separate the space
- Full kitchen
- Access to restrooms and vending machine
- Separate entrance doors, which enable meetings to be held outside library hours
