Join an experienced art educator, Stacy, for an interactive art discussion about major art movements, artists, and techniques. 

Each month we will discover a different subject. This month, our subject is Art Explorers. Artists always accompanied scientists as they journeyed west to explore the United States in the early nineteenth century. Learn about these pioneering men whose photographs, drawings, and paintings recorded America before it was settled and how their works helped fuel both Manifest Destiny and environmental preservation.
